Returns & Exchanges

Need to Return or Exchange Your Purchase? It's easy!


We love our products and we hope you do as well. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, we will gladly work with you to get you what you want.


Here's How it Works:

Holiday Returns/Exchanges: There is an extended return/exchange window of 60 days for items purchased between November 1st and December 24th. Please see below for additional instructions.


For exchanges of products purchased: Contact us within 30 days of purchase (60 days for items purchased between November 1st and December 24th). You are responsible for returning the item to the store; however you may keep any free or promotional items that you received with your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be issued a store credit for the entire amount spent that can be used towards another item.

 

For returns of products purchased: Contact us within 30 days (60 days for items purchased between November 1st and December 24th). All returns on in-store purchases will be issued a refund with a minimum restocking fee of 10% (restocking fees may be more depending on the condition of the returned product). You are responsible for returning the item to the store; however you may keep any free or promotional items that you received with your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be issued a refund minus the restocking fee.

Notes on returns/exchanges:
We cannot guarantee returns or exchanges on items that show any sign of use, such as scuffs, scratches or wear.
We cannot accept returns on custom items. This includes custom built skates.
We cannot accept returns on discount items. All sales are final on sale or closeout items.
Please note that if you used a gift certificate to make your purchase, the refund amount will go back onto your gift certificate.

 

Warranty:
RollATL LLC does not warranty any items.  Warranties will be handled by the manufacturer of the item purchased. 
If you require assistance in submitting a claim to the manufacturer, we will do whatever we can to assist and help facilitate your claim to the manufacturer. 


In the event you need assistance with a warranty claim, we can connect you or provide you with the appropriate email address/phone number/web address to submit a claim through the manufacturer. Please be aware that each warranty is handled on a case-by-case basis. 


RollATL LLC is not responsible for the outcome of any warranty claim.
 
Liability:
RollATL LLC is not responsible for the safety or reliability of the products we carry as we are not the manufacturers.
We assume no liability from the use of any products we sell. By purchasing and/or using the product, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability. Action sports can involve certain risks, so please take into consideration the potential risks, dangers and hazards that may result from using any product we sell.
