Curbside Pickup FAQ
What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring your confirmation email and ID when you come to pick up your order.
​
How long will my order be available for pickup?
​
We can hold your pickup order for up to 5 days (starting on the day your pickup notification is sent to you). If the order is not picked up within those 5 days, we’ll cancel it and send you a refund via the method of payment used.

How soon will my order be available for pickup?
​
Pick-up orders are typically available within 24 hours of the order being placed online (orders placed Saturday-Monday may take longer to fulfill).
​
If your order is time sensitive, please give us a call at 678-845-5944 to confirm your order status.
​
When can I pick up my order?
​
Orders may be picked up during our store open hours listed at the bottom of this page and on our contact page (see RollATL Google listing for holiday hours and directions).

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
​
Yes, please fill out the contact form on our website with the following information:

Your First and Last Name (matching the order)

Your email and phone number (matching the order)

First and Last name of the Individual picking up the order (must match their ID)

Phone number & email address of the individual picking up your order
​
The individual picking up the order for you must show their ID and a copy of the order receipt to pick up your order.
​
Can I cancel, return, or exchange items from my curbside pickup order?
​
Yes! Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order prior to pickup.
​
Any item changes to your order may be processed as an exchange at the time of pickup.
​
To return or exchange an item after pickup, please refer to our Return Policy.
